剛承租時一進去就發現浴室都是沙子看不到地板磁磚，床板底下滿是雜物垃圾皆無清除，可見租屋中心並沒有檢查要求前租客整理或自行整理即再出租。
而今天我整理乾淨才退房，且已離開，才說不乾淨要求再整理否則扣押金。
不知道這公司作業標準為何？
還是都用同樣的手法來扣房客的押金
作法這麼不一致且態度差勁，奉勸大家不要向其承租，免得受害！
希望大家引以為戒！
This is the worst rental center that rental houses have ever encountered!
When I first entered the lease, I found that the bathroom was full of sand and the floor tiles were invisible, and the floor under the bed was full of debris and trash was not cleared. It can be seen that the rental center did not ask the tenant to tidy it up or rent it out by itself.
Today, I cleaned it up before checking out, and I had already left. Then I said it was not clean and asked to clean it up or the deposit was deducted.
I don’t know what the company’s operating standards are?
Still use the same method to deduct the tenant’s deposit
The practice is so inconsistent and the attitude is bad, I advise everyone not to rent to it, so as not to suffer!
