★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很不錯的社區,出來就有大型的7-11,而附近就有LM蓮潭公園可以散步, 四週相當安靜而舒適。 房屋格局算大, 一樓有蠻大的双車庫和一個小院子, 二樓以上也有不小的陽台。 有室內電梯可以減少老年人的膝蓋負擔和增加搬運物品的可行性。 室內採光良好, 前後兩面均有窗戶可以通風。 社區警衛蠻盡責的,提高了不少安全感。 唯一有點美中不足的是公園的池水,很容易乾涸,那景觀就變成了大雜草園。
Very nice community, there is a large 7-11, and there is LM Lotus Tan Park nearby for walking, and the surrounding is quite quiet and comfortable. The layout of the house is large, with a large double garage and a small yard on the first floor, and a large balcony above the second floor. There are indoor elevators to reduce the burden on the knees of the elderly and increase the feasibility of carrying objects. The interior is well lit, and there are windows on both sides for ventilation. The community guards are quite conscientious, which improves a lot of security. The only drawback is the water in the park, which can easily dry up, and the landscape becomes a large weed garden.
