★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綜合滷牛肉硬到咬不動，酸菜牛肉湯的肉質真的不行，裡面筋真的很多只能用吞的，吃到後面只好安慰自己，一分錢一分貨，還是應該回台南朝聖台南牛肉湯比較安全，不值得特別多跑一趟
The stewed beef is hard to bite. The meat quality of the sauerkraut beef soup is really not good. There are really a lot of tendons and can only be swallowed. After eating it, I have to comfort myself. You get what you pay for. You should still go back to Tainan to make a pilgrimage to Tainan beef soup. It’s safer, it’s not worth the extra trip

嚐起來十分特別 是以前沒有吃過的味道
湯肉量很足 也還不錯喝 不過沾料豆瓣醬很鹹 要小心不要沾太多 白飯也煮得很好 不會太黏
炒的部分很讚 很下飯 來了一定要點炒的 味道很讚☺️

It tastes very special
The soup has plenty of meat and it’s good to drink, but the bean paste is very salty. Be careful not to dip too much. The rice is cooked well and it’s not too sticky.
The stir-fried part is great, it’s a good meal, you must have some stir-fried when you come, the taste is great ☺️
