基本上就是湯泡飯後再煮了一下的形式，味增香但湯的味增味道卻不濃，海鮮類有六粒蚵仔、兩隻大蝦仁、一整隻大小算中中的花枝、一塊白肉魚片和一片鮑魚切片，另外還有一條蟹肉棒，花枝軟嫩，蝦仁Q彈，魚片鬆軟，鮑魚片鮮甜
整體而言，海鮮類新鮮，份量亦足，不錯吃!
