★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 難得的「老滷」肉燥，Q彈的麵條，完美呈現四、五十年前古早的陽春麵口感，連價格也算陽春，是簡單卻令人懷念的好滋味。
滷菜種類不多，豬頭皮、豆干、海帶、腱子肉、大腸..等，雖然很傳統、簡單卻都很入味，而入味之餘又不會死鹹也值得推薦！
山上這地方地域很廣，但是熱鬧都集中在農會到廟口這段路，麵店就是從農會超市左側進去，可以停車在電力公司前停車格。
 The rare "old stewed" pork noodles, Q-bomb noodles, perfectly present the taste of the ancient Yangchun noodles 40 to 50 years ago. Even the price is considered Yangchun. It is a simple but nostalgic taste.
There are not many types of stewed dishes, such as pig scalp, dried tofu, kelp, tendon, large intestine, etc., although they are very traditional and simple, they are very tasty, and they are not too salty and highly recommended!
The area on the mountain is very wide, but the bustle is concentrated on the road from the peasant association to Miaokou. The noodle shop is entered from the left side of the peasant association supermarket, and you can park in the parking lot in front of the power company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山上區位於臺南市中央偏南，舊時曾文溪常改道，主、支流路將山仔頂及附近幾個聚落包圍起來，遠望之如山陵矗立，因而有「山仔頂」之稱，改制後稱同義名「山上」，沿用至今，但當地人仍習慣以台語稱呼其舊名「山仔頂」。
位於山上區農會後頭的這家伊多贊小吃，隱身巷弄間飄香20年，是在地居民們沒齒難忘的好滋味~
麻醬麵大推?

麻醬麵不單純是麻醬而已，
是肉燥加上麻醬比較不會膩，
餛飩湯的湯頭也都很棒！
滷味沒拍到但是是有再加熱，
是有中藥味的滷汁，熱的就是好吃！
如果是吃乾麵還有清湯可以裝來喝！
