藍芽只有支援4.0版本，但現今播放設備幾乎都是4.2以上的藍芽版本（且通常是相容的），但奧圖碼的產品會無法支援，播放聲音斷斷續續，但是奧圖碼卻無在官網說明告知消費者。會產生音源斷續問題，且向他們反映，基層人員無法解決沒關係，但上級主管打來卻瘋狂跳針且態度極度不佳，若有需要提供對話音檔的消費者可私訊我提供。
