房子最好都不要使用，要跟原來一樣新的還回去才行
一樓住戶水管堵塞修繕還要整棟住戶一起付錢真是聞所未聞，還說是住客太多使用衛生紙造成堵塞，
租給太多人我們也要付錢負責，真的太好笑了吧！

新住的房客要注意牆壁喔，有人說牆壁都會刷的白白淨淨才給新房客；入住後也千萬別刮傷牆壁喔！不然會扣錢喔，油漆200，油漆工人300，水電工400，給下位房客參考。
