★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果不想吃碎麵的人，千萬不要點切麵，會越吃越火大，整碗都是碎麵
衛生及內用餐具環境都讓人不敢恭維….
 If you don’t want to eat shredded noodles, don’t order the sliced noodles. The more you eat it, the hotter it gets. The whole bowl is shredded noodles.
Hygiene and the environment of the tableware used inside are not flattering....

買了牛肉拉麵（寬麵）80
還有大餛飩60
我覺得都很不錯
餛飩湯有很多紫菜
餛飩很大顆
我覺得算是ok的
寬麵好久沒吃，我喜歡湯也很好喝，

只是希望現點現做、雖然有客人打電話訂餐、餐點跟我點的一樣，但也不知道放多久了
牛肉拌麵裡面有（小黃瓜）有點不搭XD

I just want to make it to order. Although some customers call to order the meal, the meal is the same as my order, but I don’t know how long it will be.
There is (cucumber) in the beef noodles, which doesn’t go well with XD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 碎麵很特別，不過不適合大口吃，也不方便夾。
這邊最推的就是“粗麵”，跟外縣市的刀削麵很像，但這裡的更有嚼勁，粗麵麵體本身不管點湯的或乾的都不錯，很推薦乾麵版本加醬料辣椒梓。
水餃真的皮薄餡多口味濃（韭菜水餃），有時候下班都會特別繞過去這邊看看還有沒有開。
小菜小黃瓜倒不是非常推薦，口味普通但又有點死鹹。
以上料理，推薦可以搭配店家自製的辣椒梓一起用，微微一點點的小辣，反而增加不少香氣。
The broken noodles are very special, but they are not suitable for big gulps, and they are not convenient for clipping.
The most popular here is "thick noodles", which is similar to the knife-cut noodles in other counties and cities, but the ones here are more chewy. The rough noodles themselves are good whether you order soup or dry. I highly recommend the dry noodles version with sauce Ingredients Chili Azusa.
The dumplings are really thin and filling with rich flavors (leek dumplings).
The side dish cucumber is not very recommended, the taste is ordinary but a little salty.
The above dishes are recommended to be used together with the store's homemade chili zushi. A little bit of spiciness will add a lot of aroma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本來想吃肉燥飯和一碗湯，結果説沒飯了，改成牛肉湯麵（選了粗麵）。我第一次看到這麼寬的麵，跟我預想的差很多，但也是挺好吃。湯頭不錯，但辣椒不夠辣，酸菜好吃夠味，但挺咸，不要加太多。離公司算近，會再來吃。
Originally wanted to eat pork dry rice and a bowl of soup, but I ran out of rice and changed to beef noodle soup (choose thick noodles). The first time I saw such wide noodles, it was much different from what I expected, but it was still delicious. The soup is good, but the chili is not spicy enough, the sauerkraut is delicious and tasty, but quite salty, don't add too much. It's close to the company and will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great soup and friendly place. Broth was deeply flavoured and not too salty. Beef was soft and had this complex warming spice seasoning. Noodles had a great chew and texture with their randomly torn shape. Holds up to expectations.
There is no English spoken so practice your charades and have fun with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great noodle shop in this area! The pork and beef are good. Either dry noodle or soup noodle, the portion is big. They also sell dumplings and other snacks. All are inexpensive.
The shop offers delivery, too. One can enjoy the hot noodle at home or company. It is one of the favorite noodle shop here!
