餐點：鹽水麵大，麵條本身沒什麼味道，就是個Q彈的代表，但很適合搭配上滷味或是其他佐料，店家還附上一碗鹽水麵清湯？有種維力泡麵水的味道。滷豬頭皮與海帶（$35），頭皮非常有嚼勁但不是嚼不爛的那種，其餘部分中規中矩。
餐點（二）：蝦仁炒飯，米飯是粒粒分明的，整體口味很清淡，另外炒飯有些部分感覺涼涼的有點可惜。
Summary: 價格份量算是適中，菜單上的炒飯麵系列更是便宜想嘗試看看
