★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我很少喝紅茶比較愛喝綠茶，但這間紅茶確實不錯，招牌的熟成跟鴉片我都頗喜歡，據說茶葉採用不苦的茶葉，不像一般紅茶需要加很多糖去壓苦味，所以怕甜的人點微糖即可，綠茶有個味道，綠茶控的我就不是很喜歡這味道，整體店內裝潢很有特色，員工的服務態度也很好整體很有精神，推薦。

It is said that the tea is made of non-bitter tea, unlike ordinary black tea, which requires a lot of sugar to suppress the bitter taste, so I am afraid of sweetness. People just order micro-sugar. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 叫了飲料想說怎麼還沒來，打電話過去說什麼我們沒有留明細？什麼鬼？但我們有留電話與地址，然後又說地址聽錯，地址聽錯就算了連電話也聽錯？然後說因爲這樣整批飲料倒掉？我不信，這什麼鬼話？服務業要做成這樣也太誇張，整個意思好像都在怪消費者一樣？太傻眼？還能繼續開也是頗厲害

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外送的服務良好，服務態度不像評論講得那麼差，今天早上叫了11杯飲品，結果外送小姐不熟路況導致摔車，飲品也跟著翻掉破了幾杯，後來她很客氣的道歉，也積極處理飲品破掉的事，也立即重新送飲品還免單，原本我還是想付錢給貴店，但外送小姐堅持不收，還說是公司的SOP,這點貴店教育員工的服務態度很令人讚賞，也謝謝你們的優待卷及良好的服務體驗!!

I ordered 11 drinks this morning, but the delivery lady was unfamiliar with the road conditions and crashed the car. I apologized, and actively dealt with the broken drink. I immediately re-delivered the drink and the order was free. Originally, I wanted to pay your store, but the delivery lady insisted not to accept it. She also said that it was the company's SOP.
