大部分的人都拿著不只一份 好幾份的文件要寄
但郵局人員明顯人手不足 每次都要等大概半小時起
不僅郵局 也會導致寄件人的工作效率不高

要說好，是服務人員自發性的好；
說不好，公家單位典型的不長進。
郵匯有兩位小姐，臉都很臭，資深的不太甩資淺的，資淺的也不是很用心。
郵寄業務的先生則是服務很好，有用心，幫顧客服務也很「要緊」。
It's the post office, old and slow,
To say good, it is the spontaneous goodness of the service staff;
It's not easy to say, public units typically do not grow.
There are two ladies in the post office, their faces are very stinky, the senior ones are not too junior, and the junior ones are not very careful.
The mailing service gentleman is very good, with ulterior motives, and it is "important" to help customers.

來辦約定帳戶轉帳，分銀行跟郵局分開填單，問了才說，填單也用丟的。
問是要勾選網路還是金融卡，也是不耐煩的回答隨便你。
真的有夠誇張，要不是南科只有這家怎可能會來，都沒有申訴管道嗎？

這是我在台灣遇過唯一一位這麼惡劣的人了！
重點：全郵局只我一人而已！
The postal officer's attitude was super bad. I came to post as if I had committed some crime. He was very rude when asking me to sign the slip: A...sign it! (With a lost and stinking attitude)
This is the only one I have ever met in Taiwan who is such a bad person!
Key point: I'm the only person in all post offices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴單位的i郵箱郵務處理人員態度很糟糕...通知他來看個機器感覺好像我在找他麻煩一樣...機子設計上有問題導致寄件貼紙都卡在內層跟他反映~卻被他說挖無災啦~不是你說修就能修說改就能改...這個機器是外包負責的...你自己去找我們公司講!連個機台測試換貼紙的SOP動作都完全不熟悉...他講話的口氣怎麼讓我感覺他在等退休ㄚ...這麼不想服務請你早點退一退好ㄇ?讓新人可以進去幫各位民眾服務....不要浪費納稅人的錢了!!
