外圍煎得酥酥脆脆
中間的粉漿很Q彈
加了豆芽菜跟小白菜(?)
蛋很厚實
料很新鮮
醬汁超級特別
鹹甜鹹甜的完全沒違和感
在外面找不到一樣的味道
應該可以算是獨門醬汁了!!!!!!
是回台北會想念的一道料理
因爲是夜市的小吃攤
每天擺攤的地點不一樣
曾經特地從山上跑去新市吃
現在想想
味道可以幾十年都沒跑掉實在很少見
(很多生意變好後就越來越難吃)
謝謝老闆的用心
雖然每次買都要排很久
不過我會一直吃下去的

蛋的部分處理得很好,但比較怪的是老闆會一直補粉漿,造成裡面的口感較軟爛、不脆的感覺
小提醒:現場等候至少半小時以上
