餐點：牛奶鍋燒意麵（$70）湯頭甜，意麵有嚼勁，豬肉片軟嫩，蝦子鮮甜Q彈好剝

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 據說原本就是頗有名氣的老店鍋燒意麵，選擇開在新市，本人一向對網路有名美食一向保持著中立態度，但這絕對稱得上是好吃的鍋燒意麵。
這次點了原味跟麻辣，湯頭的確很棒，沒有加味精，價格意外在新市也不算貴，不過小胃口的我覺得麵有點少，建議想吃飽的就得要加麵才有飽足感喔。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此次點了原味意麵跟麻辣烏龍，原味湯喝得出基礎湯底是不錯的，加了麻辣有多了辣香味，麵量足，烏龍麵給得也夠多，料多還有加白蝦一隻，整碗真材實料。
店內乾淨明亮，店員親切招呼，新開幕的氣息還在，紅色招牌也很醒目。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop downtown in a busy area specializes various flavors of Yi noodle! Cozy inside~ By a fair price, they sell this Tainan traditional local food with fast service. The noodle is really yummy! It is good to drop by to enjoy a nice supper after workday!
