牛肉料理一直都是我的最愛,這次清明連假本來就沒有行程安排,走到哪吃到哪,前一晚睡在東山休息站,一早起來打開谷歌地圖一看,這個安定市場牛肉湯,已經是在拜訪名單內,一看車程20分鐘左右,那就不用多說,走⋯⋯ 一開始點了牛肉湯,牛肉鮮甜軟嫩料多,湯頭絕對不會輸給台南市區的各大牛肉湯名店,又發現沒什麼飽足感,於是點了一份炒牛肉,一口吃下去,真是太驚艷!有著一股焦香味的香味,那種味道很像炒鱔魚的焦香味,想說從未吃過這麼特別的味道,又再點了一份牛肝。 果然沒讓我失望,用大量的薑爆香來炒牛肝,牛肝嫩,經過薑爆香更有一番特色,肝夾著薑片入口,辛辣伴著牛肝鮮甜味更是一絕!想說既然剩最後一道牛肚,再怎麼樣也要試試。 有別於外面炒牛肚幾乎用比較酸來調味,老闆只用些許的醋來炒,也許是產地新鮮原因,讓老闆更有信心,用最簡單的方式提味。 個人最在意的,還是食物吃起來自己的感受,至於其他因素,並不會列入我的評比範圍,畢竟我是來吃美食,不是來挑米其林餐廳。
