★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台中最好吃的羊肉爐，過了中秋開始營業，這幾天天氣一冷生意馬上就熱絡起來，我們提前一個禮拜就打電話來訂位了！到現場很快就能入座～現在羊肉爐不分大小份，一份就是大約兩人份的肉量，需要再加就點生羊肉自己加～我們每次都是三樣青菜都加點（蘿蔔煮完湯更好喝），然後還會點麵線、薑爆羊肉跟薑爆羊肝，薑片煸的香脆，超好吃！冬天一定都會來光顧的店～附近有停車要稍微找一下，有一個停車場，不然就是要問附近住家借停～

二間店面合併蠻多桌位的，醬料有三種，豆瓣醬、豆腐乳、自製辣椒醬（非常辣，請酌量），備有洗手間
點了清燉羊肉爐，有加中藥材還有麻油，湯頭水喝起來很好喝不會有羊騷味，肉也不會柴，皮吃起Q彈不會像嚼口香糖一樣難嚼
麵線量蠻多的，也不錯吃

裡面會有高麗菜、白蘿蔔、羊肉片跟帶皮羊肉
因為基地是用麻油烹調的
所以湯會稍微油一點點
加上藥材香氣蠻好喝的
湯的份量也給蠻多的
這鍋沒有全下
自己額外添加豆皮、豆腐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forgot to take pictures, came here based on others review, felt it was way overrated. Meat not that much, very little with 3 piece of white raddish, and probably 3 leaf cabbages. Not much Side order you can add into the pot. Ordered their main dish Ginger goat stir fry, delicious, since the fryed the ginger like crispy potato chips. Also order the noodles. I estimate total goat meat, pot and stir fry combine less than a lb of meat. For the same price at a different place we had gotten much more. Maybe the area they are located rent is expansive? Most people there were drinking....A LOT. Maybe a good hang out place? Overall taste ok, just price real high, for $100 extra we can goto AYCE place with much more....
