★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 座位十分的不乾淨，還看到一個大媽舔完手指後使用飯匙盛飯，用餐衛生十分的堪慮。食物也不好吃，滷肉飯可以吃到飽，但我個人覺得不好吃，吃到飽也沒用，但搞不好有人覺得好吃啦，反正我是不會再去第二次了。

看了之前店家的回覆，廚房需戴廚師帽穿廚師鞋，想問哪裡有戴廚師帽廚師鞋？
連最基本的口罩也沒戴好，疫情期間口罩不是更應該戴好嗎？就算沒疫情餐飲業口罩戴好是基本，不是嗎？
對於店家回覆消費者改善的部份，個人是沒看到，對於衛生環境不佳的店家，不會再有下次的消費

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每一次去吃小火鍋都會被店長用注視的眼光盯著、就因為一次孫子抽取衛生紙很多張給先生和我用、因為吃熱食我都會流鼻涕孫子知道多拿幾張給我、我又沒地方放就先放護腰帶中夾著、突然店長走過來說不好意思衛生紙不提供外帶、我就說我沒有要外帶只是孫子懶惰一次多拿幾張電扇在吹所以我就先放在護腰夾這裡等一下要用！這是第一次
第二次是我先生原本要煮冬粉就先拿了、後來看到孫吃兩碗飯好像很好吃就叫孫子裝半碗飯吃起來、就把冬粉給我煮來吃、這時店長又出現了說麵類一人只准煮一種、我說是我先生的份給我煮、因為我沒有什麼牙齒肉類都給我先生吃我只吃菜麵蛋和飲料、所以吃比較慢、沒想到這次換服務生來說、我們店裡用餐限一小時、妳已經超過時間不能在用飲料和冰淇淋！第三次我先生要去吃我就在停車場車內等、在也不去八鍋吃火鍋！亀山火鍋店那麼多我為什麼要去受妳們侮辱！！！只恨我先生喜歡它們藥膳鍋的味道！！！
