★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在的按摩團購卷都會說保證約的到，但是板橋文化店這間我打去預約（離家裡比較近），一開始問了我是什麼樣的優惠卷，接著我跟她預約時間，我表明下一週時間都可以，她說已預約滿，我說再下一週呢？還是回答已預約滿，我說是這一整個月都已經滿了嗎？她說對都是要候補，建議我去預約別間分店，接著過了一個多月我再預約還是一樣的情況，完全預約不到！
不知道這樣算合理的情況嗎！？

或是他才是客人 還是脾氣很大的客人
不要說服務了，人與人之間最基本的尊重都沒有
打電話去總公司客訴
客服問我是購買券的客人嗎？
我說我是買券
客服說店家知道嗎？
我說不知道啊，我還沒說完話，店員就一直吼，急著結束對話
然後客服說抱歉，他再了解情況回我電話
然後客服就消失了 根本沒有打來
非常不友善的公司
本來要放鬆、變成花錢找罪受
