叫了UBER EAT外送 點了起司牛奶鍋 送來的卻是紅色的湯底 目測應該是麻辣鍋 因為本人不敢吃辣 於是打電話給店家反應 女性人員接電話(應該是老闆娘)我講完後直接回覆那是外送人員拿錯 我說餐點附來的訂單編號是正確的 所以應該是你們做錯 板娘只回覆那就是包錯了 因為我們很忙 你自己去跟UBER退款掰掰 直接掛斷電話 我傻眼 很忙就不用顧到你的的餐點品質嗎 送錯東西完全沒有要處理的態度 一句不好意思也沒有 真的是非常糟糕的店家 難怪GOOGLE評分只有2.4 而且評論一面倒幾乎都是送錯餐會少送 完全沒有改進 大家要叫餐前可以再三考慮 吃不到東西搞得自己心情也不好 永遠都不會點進去這家店了
