★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛租2星期，第一天搬入，床底都是狗毛，打给專員，只回我在忙，現在冰箱都有問題，却回說，等我跟屋主讨論再找人來看，却沒有定下一個時間，專員不看訊息也不回應，打給總機，總機说我們要時常關注妳嗎？你們公司認為客户很喜歡找麻煩嗎？我們租房子只要品質沒問題，我們也不喜歡打擾你們啊，原來房仲小篇回我租房子時狗毛没檢查到是房客的問題了，又加一句，跟屋住要求減少500元，好像是天大的恩惠，早上7：30傳訊息下午4，5點才回算快了，在我的朋友圈只要是服務業都保持2小時内回覆，

It’s a great favor. I send a message at 7:30 in the morning and reply at 4 or 5 in the afternoon. I will reply within 2 hours as long as it is in the service industry in my circle of friends.

重要訊息客服傳遞居然還會遺漏
回報問題只會給罐頭回覆不知道能幹嘛？
真的不用在電話上嘴秋
房子也爛到不行
漏水問題修不好 三不五時就要進房間看東看西
冰箱紗窗等家具也是快要壞掉，等新房客入住退租時再一併推到租客頭上藉此扣錢
房間老舊不堪隔音奇差無比
