★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天點了老闆推薦的招牌麻婆豆腐飯，
自己又點了餛飩湯和地瓜葉。
麻婆豆腐飯花椒和醋的味道比較明顯，
但就是不太麻和辣?
但個人覺得吃比較清淡的人會很喜歡，
可以慢慢把飯扒完，整體層次很好不膩。
餛飩湯沒味素加分，肉餡新鮮、湯清爽。
地瓜葉不是那種淋肉燥的調味，
加了紅蔥頭搭配本身的菜甜還不錯，
很可惜的地方就是…
老闆沒有把老一點的梗和葉子跳起來?
但整體調味適中不油膩，
下次會想點紅油炒手。

Adding the red onion to match the sweetness of its own vegetables is not bad,
What a pity is...
The boss did not jump up the older stems and leaves?
But the overall seasoning is moderate and not greasy,
Next time I want to order some fried hands in red oil.
