?從經理到專員..專業是用來拐騙不懂的民眾。來北高雄分行做任何業務,尤其是貸款,一定要再三確認,以免簽名後,遇到事情才知道他們的嘴臉!就算你小心翼翼詢問,只要他們需要業績就會避重就輕!最好的選擇是避開北高雄辦業務。(本人的家人沒在中小企銀分點辦過,所以無法評論整個中小企銀是否都那麼爛) 真好奇總行都沒有在訓練?!還是這套不老實的作法是貫徹在員工訓練上默許的? 未來如果還有親朋好友要辦貸款,再也不會推薦選中小企銀做貸款了,憑什麼要給你們做業績,條件開的比其他銀行差,服務也差…還想挑優良客戶!!?最不舒服的是為了完成業績連哄帶騙,授信前一副嘴臉,授信後又一副嘴臉,條件夠好選你們幹嘛?當初家人就是人太好,第一間就交給你們辦了,後續好多他行專員主動打來,利率、貸款成數、分期數都優於貴行!唉~總是心太軟~心太軟~把所有問題都自己扛 提醒各位!就算要在中小企銀申辦,也要比較過較好的「分點」,因中小企銀不能重複授信,換言之..第一次在哪個分點辦貸款,只要貸款未還清,就無法在其它分點辦理任何新貸款,如果像本人家人在北高雄遇到不專業又沒信用的專員…呵呵 就算分點想核貸,按內規也無法核貸。 這時候你就必須回去看北高雄臉色,條件就要隨他們開,我方還得態度良好,以免他們擺明直接不讓你過件囉~ ⚠️如果做生意或房貸有資產規劃的人,每年就算本利和準時還款,跟他們往來還會有一個問題產生:他們專員會讓你很難好聲好氣的跟他們往來…那這樣一來 就很難形成漂亮的信用維護,因為好的信用,除了借錢要按時還款+需與銀行(金錢、人員)擁有良好互動,貴行專員態度那麼差…怎麼良好互動?! 不過貴行如果要自斷財路,眼睛長在頭頂上,未來條件優良的客戶也寧可把機會給奇摩子佳的分行專員吧?
