龍達化粧品公司於1996年代理國外知名美髮品牌，行銷各大專業、連鎖美髮沙龍。2001年遍佈經銷服務網的公司創辦人，有感於代理國外品牌無法滿足台灣市場需求，落實經營理念，故正式創立A&B美容保養品牌，毅然引進德、法研發最新植物生化調理美容處方，於美容香粧保養領域蓬勃發展。
創立初期只有一套優白組合三瓶產品，以蝴蝶、A&B圖示申請專利商標註冊，創作 破繭之歌 及 幸運手環 ，產品經過臨床測試有效，再送SGS檢測通過，成分來源經過高標準檢驗，同時添加嚴選有機修護成份，質地清爽零負擔。
創造“A&B肌斷食美容法”專利臉部保養課程～
將皮膚生理學、病理學、化粧品學融合專業美容技術，快速改善調理任何問題肌膚，配合處方產品讓消費者居家保養即能有效改善膚質。
喜樂推手專利研發～身心平衡Spa美體療程～
引進西方芳香保健技術，結合喜樂推手東方中醫養生學，配合多款特殊植物芳療用油，讓顧客在美容會館享受真正舒壓調理兼保健養身的完美服務。
2011年期間，公司以 成就夢想 為品牌經營理念，成立A&B美麗幸福俱樂部，樹立團隊榮譽典章，輔以圓滿大格局，通過企業版TTQS訓練品質優良認證，協助美容師落實學、做、教、傳承的生涯規劃。
2014年起推動 台灣藝美師正名運動，提出努力生存、快樂生活、享受生命的新思維，幫助許多對美容事業有興趣的人士，透過有系統的美容創業技能培訓，穩紮穩打的學習成長，成為一位優秀的台灣藝美師。
2016年成立A&B肌膚健康會館營運示範店，為愛美、愛健康的廣大消費者提供一個完善的美容服務環境，並透過會館有系統的營運模式，總部通過國際ISO9001：2015管理品質優良認證，幫助台灣藝美師，開展聯合營運及連鎖加盟，成為一位優秀美容事業經營者。
至今龍達化妝品公司創立A&B美容保養品牌已成為一家提供全方位滿足消費者品質需求及美容創業者完善營運系統的～全球美容創業教育專業品牌。
