CEO薪酬指標
CEO薪酬與公司經營狀況呈正相關，並分為固定報酬及變動報酬，薪酬指標包含財務及綜合管理等指標，如下表所示：

索回機制
中華電信高階經理人之獎金及酬勞以現金發放為原則，為確保企業之永續及誠信經營，若有重大風險事件足以影響公司商譽，或重大內部管理失當事件，則按中華電信從業人員獎懲標準第12條規定，任何員工（含CEO）如因發生弊端，而受懲處時，原核定之獎勵應予徹銷，並依相關規定收回已領之獎金。

手機送修顧客有些問題希望可以得到妥善處理這都要在送修單上備註的吧，居然跟我講這些沒用，維修師傅不會看，希望修好後幫我送離家近的店面也不行，還跟我說問題很多的話寫下來給你打資料，我來送修手機還要先寫作文就對了，也不確認客人有沒有其他問題需要服務，講話態度也越來越不耐煩，你是來上班還是來氣客人的，售後服像你這樣的真的非常糟糕。
