★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offer variety of Vietnamese cuisine. High marks for taste and price, which is relatively affordable.
The only downside is the lack of service. You must prepaid the meals and gather the dinning wares on your own. Also the group of waiters would just chatting away at the nearby table, disregarding the dinning customers.
If you don't mind the lack of service, this is a good place to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection of various Vietnamese dishes. Nice rice noodle soup, good quality salad rolls, even stir fry food are amazing. If you are visiting Kaohsiung, it's definitely a good place to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inexpensive. Taste is below average and acceptable. Won’t go back for sure. Lots of customers, and good location. Not sure what attract people but I guess everyone has his/her taste for pho and Vietnamese food. Spring roll has taro. Pho noodle is not what I was expecting. Lemon juice is concentrated. Surprise it has such a high review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent spot with a large menu of inexpensive Vietnamese and other SE Asian cuisine. The pho was fresh and filling. Unfortunately, there were lots of mosquitoes in the 2nd floor seating area that lowered the dine-in quality. Bathrooms are on the 2nd floor, no elevator access.
