The building should not be made of wooden floors...Every step of the walk upstairs can be heard clearly = = very noisy and the reaction is useless

It is close to Xingfuchuan Trail, 1 minute to vegetable market, supermarket, restaurant and 10 minutes to train station and MRT. Life transportation is convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大樓硬體好，但......半夜路邊一週至少兩次喧鬧聲(改車過的引擎聲、吵架聲、酒醉大聲講話...等)，白天隔壁蓋大樓(動土典禮、預拌混凝土機器.....等)，以上聲音穿過氣密窗擾民；到了假日住戶party沒在管已十二點，喧鬧聲穿過自宅門和房間門，聽力好的人建議入住要準備耳塞和抗噪耳機。
The hardware of the building is good, but...the roadside noise at least twice a week in the middle of the night (the sound of the engine of the changed car, the sound of quarrels, drunk and loud speeches...etc), and the building next door during the day (ground breaking ceremony) , ready-mixed concrete machines...etc), the above sounds are disturbing through the airtight windows; on holiday, the residents are not in charge of the party, it is twelve o'clock, and the noise passes through the door of the house and the door of the room. People with good hearing are recommended to stay. Prepare earplugs and noise-canceling headphones.
