(知道不是服務業 或許這是我們應該知道程序）默默到櫃檯 一位洪小姐 帶著不耐煩 覺得你應該什麼都要知道的口氣 詢問要做什麼事
我真的不太清楚所謂工會加保流程
我只知道要繳交什麼資料 再去之前有先電話詢問
感覺真的不是很好。
