鄭醫師與診所的其他醫師以及工作人員對寵物跟飼主都很有耐心，看診上也很仔細，用藥跟治療方法也會跟飼主充分溝通跟討論，也很能替飼主著想，以經濟、有效的治療為飼主減輕看診壓力同時不減療效，非常可靠。
