店經理態度傲慢! 結帳前特意詢問店員帽子有沒有打折,店員查了一下電腦說七折。 結帳時,覺得價格不對,也沒有給發票,問了,經理卻說飾品都是九折。本來想說算了,但朋友勸我問清楚,畢竟是電腦key出來是說七折,於是朋友又幫我詢問剛剛說七折的店員(此時經理不在店內),其它店員核對電腦資料都說七折,無奈之下他們請我等這位「經理」回來處理。 將近五分鐘後人終於出現了,沒有一句解釋,態度就是一副【愛美不買隨便你】的樣子,堅持就是九折,連查證都沒有,一句抱歉【可能電腦資料錯了】也沒有,就丟出一句「不然我退你啊」。 憤怒之下我就真的把帽子放回櫃台,秒回:「那就退吧」。 這位經理大大愣了一下才反應過來,再順便跟他要發票又拖了五分鐘。 建議大家去買之前最好想清楚,且要主動要求發票,不然他們不主動給發票的!
