爛到不行 師傅都是沒有經驗 買7台冷氣5台裝到漏水 每下雨必漏 改了2年還是漏 說2年超過不關他的事了!! 銅管凹的爛到不行 連不是專業的看都覺得誇張!! 銅管穿不過去還要我們自己找水電師傅幫他穿銅管。

其他買家的狀況我並不清楚也無法評論。但小弟新屋冷氣施工時,我幾乎全程參與,遇到問題與老闆娘和師傅們溝通,都很客氣沒有問題。遇到的師傅也很認真負責,無論是安裝的細節或是未來使用上的講解提醒,個人認為都很到位,目前新屋冷氣運作尚未遇到任何狀況。文書行政小姐也很細心服務提供電器價目、內容比較及講解後續政府補助程序。小弟是秉持儘量多一點體諒及耐心溝通的心態,事情都好處理,謝謝鴻汎電器的服務!給予5顆星評價!
