貴公司(品牌)的推銷手段是否有點強硬? 2022/03/12晚上8點多 我在高雄新崛江遇到兩位女生叫住我 問我是否願意填個問卷就好 我答應後便帶我到分公司 一坐下花不到5分鐘(甚至可能不到3分鐘?)就寫完了 結果店員一開頭就拿了一罐東西到我面前 只說了這是絲瓜露跟使用方式 並說要600元 就直接問我是要刷卡還是付現 我當場傻眼 只好付錢 後來店員繼續推銷保養課程 說花1萬元 可以做保養6~7個月左右 1個月3次左右 平均一次幾百塊兒子 問我可以先付多少錢?店員說這是活動 要先付訂金才能幫我保留位置 問我可以先付多少錢訂金呢? 想問貴公司這是什麼活動呢?有無活動資訊可供參考?店員還說預留位置是會回傳公司的 後來我已經表明這筆錢對我來說是負擔 但是店員並不採納我的說法 反而想說服我支付這筆錢 持續反覆問我 我可以接受先付多少錢保留位置呢? 我說我身上的卡沒那麼多錢 剛剛刷的600已經是我大部分的錢了 我現金也只有100元 而且店員知道我有一筆5000元的預備金 一直詢問我是否能將這筆預備金拿來購買這1萬元的保養呢? 當我說我先檢查一下錢包的現金總共金額時 店員看見我還有郵局提款卡 就對我說那張卡也可以刷 甚至問我有沒有再用網路銀行什麼的 最後我付了100元當訂金 店員才肯放我離開 而且我也說了我跟人家有約 店員看我朋友還沒到 就死命不讓我走 就算我說我們約幾點 店員也是一直等到我付完訂金才肯放我走 完全無視我還有約 想問貴公司的教育與品牌理念是???? 1、2間分公司如此就算了 我遇過好幾次不同分店用一樣的手法拐我進去(好啦 我不會拒絕別人 我活該...) 後來上網查發現 貴公司利用一樣都手法"詐騙"客人 想問貴公司對於此事的看法如何? 因為至少1顆星才能留言 被迫只好給出1顆星...
