★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 批價掛號櫃台明明沒半個病患，批價時叫你等叫到名字再過來，一等就要10幾分鐘到半小時，中間有人掛號就可以掛，問批價好了沒卻說還沒，叫你再等…等批價時間比等看診時間還久

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫師很好，但掛號人員的態度真的超差。自費做體檢還強制刷健保卡。打電話去健保局問，連健保局都說自費就不需要刷健保卡，不懂妳們櫃檯人員在驕傲什麼？刁難別人很開心嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 惠德醫院院長老了.管理跟不上現代化？裡面的復健師不是很有紀律上班時大家聊研究下餐的便當菜色比大聲的?像市場一樣?沒有專心在為病患做復健!疫情期間做復健者一個接著一個做？完成沒有做防疫清消動作？差其他的醫院差太多了。

醫師專業！曾一眼就診斷出我被別家醫師誤診的帶狀疱疹(俗：皮蛇)，扭轉我差點被延誤的治療時機！最近問診我打疫苗的醫師，也非常和藹可親☺️
護理師親切！從接待我預約一直到施打疫苗的護理人員，從頭到尾的服務態度都相當親切而積極！
非常感謝有這麼棒的一個醫療團隊，所有醫療人員都辛苦了！❤️
(如果晚間也可以看診的話，相信可以造福更多患者?)
