★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/6的出險到現在理賠還沒處理好，總是至電客服投訴事後才有人回電，回電內容也都是會盡快處理，已經投訴客服2次了至今還是沒下落，我真不知道還有什麼管道可以有人來處理我的理賠，難道連投保機車險也會成為保險孤兒嗎？奉勸要投保新光產險的民眾真的要三思
 1/6 of the risk has not been settled until now, and the customer is always called back after the customer service complaint. The content of the call will be processed as soon as possible. I have complained to the customer service 2 times and I still have n’t fallen. Is there any other way for someone to handle my claims? Is it even possible to become an insurance orphan in the insurance policy? Advise people who want to insure Xinguang Property Insurance to really think twice
