I can't receive the letter at home today and I need it urgently, so I want to pick it up in person. I called in the morning and noon to confirm whether the letter was in the bureau. The gentleman and lady who answered the phone were very nice and polite. The lady who took the letter downstairs to me was also very polite. The attitude is very good and beautiful, thank you ?

印泥要有蓋子，否則使用時已乾。
櫃台人員要求將印章交給她，命令說，"這是我們蓋的!"
照理說，櫃台人員可提供她可用的印泥給顧客，而非交給她。
雖然身為顧客的我們，會相信大部份的人格。
至今，已有不少新聞事件，有不少銀行人員 品格 不正。
suggestion:
The ink pad must have a lid, otherwise it will be dry when used.
The counter staff asked for the stamp to be handed over to her, ordering, "We did it!"
It stands to reason that the counter staff could provide the customer with ink pads that she could use instead of handing them over to her.
Although as customers, we believe in most personalities.
