★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡的1樓全功能服務效率超級差，等待時間加用好，可以去吃午餐了，而且2個老大姊好像在做退休準備，態度和口氣都很差，唉，不過，倒是有一位穿藍衣小姐（據說是2樓地價科，犧牲自己午休時間，這位小姐真的很棒，另外2樓增值稅的小姐效率和服務也很棒）發現現場有民眾抱怨，特別前來協助加快速度，不過，很明顯，櫃台人員和輪中午班人員對電腦系統操作非常不熟，然後，又怪電腦太慢，系統有問題，這……真是不求自省不需提升競爭力的終生鐵飯碗。

I found people complaining at the scene, especially to help speed up. However, it is obvious that the counter staff and the round noon staff are very unfamiliar with the operation of the computer system. Then, the computer is too slow and the system has problems. This is really a life-long iron rice bowl that does not require self-examination and does not need to enhance competitiveness.
