彣	彣 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前租機車，儀表板的油箱顯示燈有問題，取車時就說錄下外觀就行了（以為這種連鎖的應該有保障所以很放心）租一天騎沒多久，五公里左右，還車的時候一個戴眼鏡的服務員說指示燈少一個，要求加滿，我去對面加油站要加油，員工說這油箱幾乎滿，最多加30元，我不疑有他加完之後，啟動還是一樣的油箱指示燈？還是沒有滿燈？⋯⋯我回到店裏，另一個服務員說那是壞掉的油箱指示燈⋯⋯????????♾️無限白眼，只能氣自己取車沒有錄下那個油錶板，一直以為那是滿格的意思，結果根本不是，少一顆燈跟滿燈都沒有跟消費者說，雖然30元沒多少，當作施捨給你們，有夠氣，鳥服務奉勸不要在這裡租 I rented a locomotive before, and there was a problem with the fuel tank indicator on the dashboard. 陳	陳志明 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和運出車一家無誠信及信譽很差的公司事由: 敝人於111年3月20日15:00-16:00時,像和運租車租借共享機車,由於在還車時停在合法停車格,在趕時間及該公司未強制須強制拍照還車狀況,就結帳還車. 111年4月17日和運突然發一封簡訊通知我,未依規範停放,需支付調度及其餘衍生費用,如有疑義洽和運. 經敝人詢問和運客服中心,告之111年3月21日遭拖吊(我20日租車!!),我告知和運我是20日租車,21日遭拖吊違規為何算是我負責,和運告知我是最後使用者,要我提供停車照片,我說明未拍照且20日租車,21日的違規為何算我負責?(和運也無法證明是我違停且無法解釋我20日白天租車21日罰單是我要負責,只是一位要我提供照片),和運也無提供資料證明我是最後租借人. 然後和運未經我同意直接在我綁定的信用卡扣1975元(交通罰單+託管費用),到現在也未提供罰單繳費收據及託管費用明細收據,和運說你是違規者你就是違規者,要扣你多少錢也無須憑證依據. 後來我打客服電話據理力爭,兩個星期客服答覆皆是已反映上級,會請上級跟你聯繫,然後石沉大海,有一次請他們轉接可以處理人員電話,竟說該單位無人應答,以拖待變,最後破口大罵後,終於和運高雄中正門市有一位承辦人員來協調. 此承辦人員告知和運會退還1000元來解決此案,由於本人也不想再浪費時間,於是同意以此解決問題. 但接獲信用卡帳單後,核對退款金額僅退700元,於是6/9致電和運高雄中正門市,告知承辦人員休假無法知曉當初辦理狀況,會請該員上班後回電,等候三天無人回覆. 6/13日撥電再次查詢,另一位服務人員查詢後告知總公司說只能退700元,然後告知我承辦人員沒承諾退1000元,(承辦人有上班大概心虛不敢親自回電) 所以和運租車承諾客戶必須打7折,客服人員處理態度最少打5折,寫這邊文章並不是在意那300元,是感覺很差,只是要提醒如果要使用共享汽機車要慎選公司,要選擇有誠信的公司.

Should have requested for it. I will still come back. I collected car from kaohsiung and return in Chiayi, no extra charge.. Very good
