因為卡片不見需要補辦，但補辦的櫃檯只有一個，然後上一組又處理的非常的久，等了半小時還在處理同一組顧客，本想生氣的給一顆星（因覺得其他櫃檯都已經沒顧客了難道其他櫃檯不能先處理嗎）
後來警衛伯伯找到我，貼心的幫我換了號碼牌，就立刻處理到了。
覺得伯伯的留心力很好，因爲我其實坐很遠，伯伯還能注意到我等很久，真的很貼心。
