服務的概念太差,教育訓練跟管理不佳。要我先進來,正在結帳的顧客,先讓後面的那個兇神惡煞的男顧客結帳他的兩碗泡麵。嫌我太慢 ,只有一位不高的女店員在服務,沒有人能夠支援。我跟她強調~我先來,我當然要先結帳 。她說:「這個時段只有我一個。」她竟然不顧我的權益跟反對,幫那個歐吉桑結帳。再來,要跟拿到屈臣氏的大杯拿鐵咖啡折價券,優惠價$39,就說要跟我解釋及道歉。我除了憤怒,也完全不想聽她的解釋及道歉,簡直是莫名其妙嘛!如果,我是店員,她是我站在櫃檯的結帳第一位客人,她能夠接受嗎? 本來,氣到乾脆不消費 ,走人。一點都不想喝拿鐵咖啡了。後來,又覺得why?我是顧客,被欺負,就不想購買屈臣氏贈送的優惠券,而且日期還算拿捏的不錯之條碼券。 那麼,我豈不是笨蛋。跟自己過不去的笨蛋嗎 ?!店長必須接受懲處,總公司需要加強其教育訓練。畢竟,全家便利商店在台灣本地的定位可也是超商第二大啊 !怎麼可以這樣亂搞呢 ?她的解釋,我不是沒聽懂,而是~根本無法接受如此荒謬的做法。所以,就算總評分在4.5顆星。我,只願意給一顆星左右的評分及評價。 ps. 奇怪,根本就沒有看到所謂的二樓啊!?只是,今天遇到的狀況,有無二樓就不是重點啊! ps.我真的是氣到火冒三千丈啊!覺得看我是女生,好欺負,是嗎 ?還是,我不是壯丁 ,嚼著檳榔,胡說八道一番呢?
