今日初診掛號,櫃檯A小姐說下一位看診者是我請我稍候,結果等候時來了一位與櫃檯B小姐(體型圓潤的那位)熟識的病患,原本該名病患只是想拿藥,櫃檯B小姐卻說不管啦你都來了就掛號吧,接著該名病患就問說前面有初診耶是不是要等很久,接著櫃檯B小姐就偷偷讓這位病患「插隊看診了」,最後結果是我又多等了快15分鐘才進入診間;醫生人很好、但櫃檯看診安排上問題很大,熟識的病患就可以隨意安排插隊看診嗎?佔用了我的時間、如果這位病患真的很急很趕時間的話,那也應該現場先禮貌性問我能不能讓該病患先看診才對吧,結果什麼都沒講,還是我自己發現這件事情的,回來越想越生氣⋯⋯總之看診流程安排插隊這件事真的讓人感覺很差,還有花了700塊自費做自律神經失調的檢測,檢測報告上連我的出生日期都打錯……33歲打成15歲,連這種不應該出現的失誤都出現了,跟醫生反應年紀錯誤的問題醫生還回說那個沒關係,整個???會不會太扯;初診體驗就這麼差,診所經營方式真的是「優秀」到一個極致。
