However, This club has not been able to honour their long-term membership program to its member. Using pandemic as an excuse, they closed down the club. What they really did is renovate the gym, swimming pool, and sauna, and then reopen to the travellers staying at the hotel. The deposit of the long term membership actually prevented this club going bankrupt twenty some years ago, and helped the club depreciate their investments. Despite that they only return small part of the deposit, what members really concern is that the hotel not honouring the contract so they no longer have the right to use the facilities.
The club’s business strategy was not trustworthy at all.
