★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掛號機制非常爛,只能現場掛號,大老遠跑來結果說額滿,連現場等也不行,大人小孩都請假只為了醫生叫我今天來回診,但不能先預約,來到現場還不給掛,真是浪費時間,藥吃了也看不出效果,這麼大牌的診所再也不來了

Adults and children asked for leave just because the doctor asked me to come and see me today, but I couldn’t make an appointment first. It's a waste of time to hang up. I can't see the effect after taking the medicine. Such a big-name clinic will never come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星期三下午接小朋友放學的時候老師說小朋友今天身體不舒服 ,剛好他們學校後面是大郭診所,想說帶他直接去那邊看,結果我去現場掛號他們的護理師不給我掛號說要預約才能看診,後面又改成說他們今天已經額滿了看不完叫我晚上6點半再來掛號,可是因為小朋友已經很不舒服了我就帶他去別家看了 , 小朋友吃哪家的藥沒有效 ,我今天晚上打電話提前預約他們又改說他們沒有預約是現場掛號的, 我就跟他們講那天的事情,護士跟我說叫我明天一大早提前兩個小時去現場掛號,簡單說如果他們是早上9點半開始看診我要7點半提前排隊掛號

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天帶小孩去看病,因應防疫政策,郭醫師在室外看診,每看完一位就要跑進診所打病例,再跑出來看下一位,即使如此,遇到每一位小孩仍然彎腰很認真的問診,真是有醫術又認真的好醫師,難怪每次一開門沒多久就掛滿了…護士們也都非常好喔?

是我們家小朋友看診的第一選擇...
記得我女兒在未滿三個月大時
曾有兩次發高燒到39度以上
郭醫師在護理人員量測確認完體溫後
立馬聯繫對方醫院兒童科確認小朋友的床位後 開立轉診單請我們轉診大醫院處理
並耐心解釋 如此處置的原因

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前幾個因為打疫苗選擇了離公司近的這家診所.雖然當天患者很多.但是動線還算蠻清楚的.護士的動作也很快 .醫生非常的幽默又有耐心. 我在注射室等待時聽到對話都忍不住笑了出來. 有這麼風趣的醫生 真是病人的幸福啊! ( 只是打個疫苗就被圈粉了 XD)
The first few chose this clinic close to the company for vaccination. Although there were many patients that day, the movement line was quite clear. The nurses were also very quick. The doctor was very humorous and patient. I was waiting in the injection room When I heard the conversation, I couldn't help laughing. It's really a patient's happiness to have such a funny doctor! (I just got a vaccine and I became a fan XD)

真的是非常棒的醫生,所以很多患者都會來
所以也真心建議跟期許⋯
能夠開放預約掛號
不然等那麼長的時間
大家掛號了出去再回來
跟預約掛號的意思其實應該差不多吧
就只差在健保卡沒拿來⋯
在外面乖乖等也是等到護理師打電話來通知
那其實真的可以考慮預約掛號
不然有些離得遠的真的也蠻不方便的⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛爆了!除非你是閒人,強烈不建議看這一家診所!!還沒有機會經驗到郭大醫生的醫術就已經招了一肚子鳥氣!晚上約八點去掛號(初診),前櫃檯小姐說要等24個人,建議我不要先走,很多人掛號未到,我應該不會等太久……結果等到九點十分,整個怒到爆!明明我已經排最後一個了,郭大神醫又要休息,我直接退掉掛號!醫生的時間就是時間,我們都是閒人嗎?
再有,沒看過這麼不公平的掛號機制,哪有預約掛號一路特權看到底,現場掛號的只能像小媳婦一樣苦等!難道不應該預約的看診三個,再插一個現場掛號的嗎?社區醫院都是以穿插的方式,怎麼有這麼笨的看診機制?
不要放大音量假裝很nice:這個月順利嗎?(是看婦科生理期嗎?)

Besides, I have never seen such an unfair registration mechanism. How can I have the privilege of making an appointment and see the whole way to the end. Those who register on the spot can only wait like a little daughter-in-law! Shouldn't there be three appointments for appointments, and one for on-site registration? Community hospitals are all interspersed, how can there be such a stupid consultation mechanism?
