★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴院員工在實施叫號視力檢查時，僅站在驗光室門口，秀氣地喊一聲，無人應答，就叫下一位，坐離驗光室較遠位置的人，根本聽不到，因此成為過號，浪費更多時間在等待，疫情期間配戴口罩，聲音就已經比較小聲了，看診的人多，現場也比較吵雜，叫號時不能稍微大聲一點嗎？或者貴院可以尋求一些解決的方法呢？
真的是令人非常不愉快的看診經驗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 於今年初在該診所雷射近視，發現拿到並且使用的眼藥水已過期，向醫生反應，卻說過期未開封還可以使用一個月➡️後來說過期眼藥水只是效果沒那麼好，但密封不會感染還是可以使用➡️再後來說那瓶是消炎藥水，說有些診所甚至不會給，點或不點都沒關係。
經過這一串的回覆跟處理，我對診所真的感到很失望。已電話申訴給高雄市衛生局，衛生局回覆檢舉屬實，也會依法開罰。
I had laser myopia at the clinic at the beginning of this year and found that the eye drops I got and used had expired. I reported to the doctor, but they said that the expired and unopened can be used for a month. Infection can still be used ➡️ Then later said that the bottle was an anti-inflammatory potion, saying that some clinics would not even give it, it doesn't matter if you order it or not.
After this series of replies and processing, I am really disappointed with the clinic. A complaint has been made to the Kaohsiung City Health Bureau by telephone. The Health Bureau replied that the report was true, and will also impose a fine in accordance with the law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨晚眼睛不舒服，想說睡個覺應該就會好轉，沒想到，經過一夜眼睛還是不舒服，到了公司處理完事情想就就去附近的高陽明眼科掛個號看診。
今天剛好是劉醫師看診，親切問診後就幫我用專業儀器仔細檢查眼睛的問題，好險只是小小發炎，點個藥水再請我觀察幾天即可。
除了劉醫師專業仔細看診，藥劑師也很仔細的告知如何正確的點藥水、整間護理人員更是親切又客氣。

My eyes were uncomfortable last night, and I thought they should get better after a good night's sleep. Unexpectedly, after a night, my eyes were still uncomfortable. When I got to the company to deal with the matter, I went to the nearby Gao Yangming Ophthalmology Department to call a doctor.
Today happened to be Dr. Liu's consultation. After the friendly consultation, he helped me to use professional instruments to carefully check the eye problem. The good risk is only a small inflammation. Just order a potion and ask me to observe it for a few days.
In addition to Dr. Liu's professional and careful consultation, the pharmacist also carefully explained how to order the medicine correctly, and the entire nursing staff was even more kind and polite.
