★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食材新鮮沒話說,滿滿蟹膏令人滿足。炒鱔魚麵線非常驚豔,麵線沾滿濃郁醬汁不死鹹,搭配新鮮脆口的鱔魚沒想到會這麼合拍。蒜苗魚膘也讓人回味再三,蒜苗香味巧妙的把所有食材融合在一起,烏魚膘軟糯不膩,有來台南旺海鮮,若正值烏魚產季的話非常值得一試。
The ingredients are fresh, and the crab paste is full of satisfaction. The fried eel noodles are amazing. The noodles are soaked in rich sauce that is not deadly salty. I didn't expect it to go so well with the fresh and crispy eel. The garlic fry fish fat is also reminiscent of the aftertaste. The scent of the garlic fry cleverly blends all the ingredients together. The mullet fat is soft and not greasy. If you come to Tainan Wang seafood, it is worth a try if it is the mullet production season.

喜歡吃傳統的要點羹麵,乾炒的黑胡椒味很明險...
不過羹麵的也是有黑胡椒味,但還能接受
料多又香,炒工好,5塊肉
假如不加黑胡椒就好了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在高雄的台南旺餐廳,好大的處女蟳非常新鮮好吃,最驚艷是土魠魚粥,味道非常鮮美。店面看似普通,有著許多隱藏好料,值得一嚐。
In the Tainan Wang Restaurant in Kaohsiung, the big virgin squid is very fresh and delicious. The most amazing thing is the Tuyun fish porridge, which tastes very delicious. The storefront seems ordinary, with many hidden goodies, which are worth a try.

鳳螺很新鮮且無任何異味
清蒸時吃的是它的甘甜
辣炒則是風味更往上提升,香辣鮮鹹,停不下來。

Instead, the sauce is sweet and slightly spicy. The garlic sprouts are not greasy at all when you eat them, and they can be eaten alone.
