招牌的藥頭排骨湯採用當歸、枸杞等多種中藥材慢火精燉而成，並以豬肋排和帶肉大骨為食材，每口能品嚐到中藥燉入肉、入骨的香氣，湯頭更是甘甜濃郁得沒話說。

買了藥膳豬心湯($95)，外帶時為避免帶回後豬心過老，店家很貼心的主動將豬心與燉湯分裝，點餐後店員將豬心微燙過，加上豬心切成薄片，因此口感Q彈不老，外帶豬心的袋內留有一些粉色川燙湯汁，我想豬心也許九分熟。
湯頭部份個人感覺沒有很濃郁的香氣，屬於清淡的藥膳湯，不苦不甜，一直覺得少了些什麼中藥味，再加上豬心帶有些微腥味，我想若能加些薑絲也許味道會更好。
另外，喝完並不會像有些味精加很多的店家般感到口渴，很不錯。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高雄想吃補品類的，一定要想到的一間老店，湯頭濃郁到沒話說，青菜也是每桌必點，乾炒豬心也是一絕！唯一美中不足的事就是大部分都是用免洗餐具，熱湯用環保餐具總覺得不太安心
