★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部分行程根本沒照行程表走,計畫表訂的地方根本沒去,表訂去樂天超市而且還清楚寫「樂天LOTTE MART」,介紹文還寫「是以平價的價格販售食品、加工食品、生活用品、服飾配件、電子用品等各式生活必需品的大型商場」,最後帶團員去的地方卻是樂天百貨地下一樓的隨便超市?根本就是台灣的Jason’s,有夠無言。
不是樂天百貨樓下的超市就是樂天超市欸,我不懂是旅行社真的不知道還是因為行程排不進去所以呼嚨團員,總之大部分人都覺得又貴又不好買。
台灣領隊不知道是不是資歷淺的關係,該讓大家集合的時候不集合,連韓國導遊去買票都不知道,讓團員混在其他遊客中排隊,簡直是一團混亂的旅行,台灣領隊跟韓國導遊到底有沒有溝通好?既然這樣幹嘛跟團?
絕對不會有下次跟貴旅行社合作。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 團費不算便宜,行程倒是很陽春,好不容易出國了,該看的都沒看到,只給你住不錯的吃不錯的,其他該去多花時間的景點一概蜻蜓點水甚至沒有去!就好像從來沒有出國一樣。甚至有一天的行程下午1500後就沒行程了,讓我們回飯店休息等晚餐。整團人手足無措只好回飯店睡覺聊天殺時間,行程介紹充滿話術包裝,好幾項服務刻意強調旅行社贈送,但又要大家要繳納一定的"小費",你換算下來就知道,所謂"小費"也是費用中的一部分。真希望跟消費者明講:真正的費用&真正的小費,相信業者也是考慮到如果明說是額外付的費用(不是說贈送外加小費),團友們大概不會買帳,所以運用話術,讓你以為這是包含在原團費內的行程,再要求你必須交定額的小費。當然如果只想放假遠離塵囂,吃好的睡好的,不在意被當傻子耍,不在意被剝皮,其餘一律隨便的話,這家是可以考慮的選擇,只是我相信同樣的內容可以在別間旅行社有更便宜的價格。C/P值低,未來不會再找這家。

Travel agencies have cheaper prices. The C / P value is low, and we will not find this one in the future.

4/21到今天6/1,連退費的東西還沒用好,一定要三思
