★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super annoying staff. They spy you at the gym, check your entry and exit details, serious privacy issue. Hard selling, feel pressured at the gym. They only make use of you and want your money. Bad customer service. No compliance with the contract, I cannot make it possible to pause my membership with the underlying requirements.
