第一次看診會拍全口X光片（看診前服務人員有告知），但是拍完以後醫生也完全沒有針對我的其他牙齒做現況說明，貼片黏回後，走時又要我簽"看蛀牙"的單子（我自己沒看清楚也主動簽名了～），請問，這是騙健保局費用的手段嗎...?
