客服態度不好，客服的電話好像裝飾品一直沒人接，也沒辦法幫我處理案件，理賠人員也很差
一個意外險理賠要我一直跑醫院

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 分兩天打了三次電話進去問火險問題都沒辦法解答，報了基本資料後就一直說要轉給負責的人？然後就永遠轉到沒有人接聽的分機？！比轉給鬼還不如？因為轉給鬼還會接。很久沒遇過那麼爛的保險公司最爛也只能給一顆星。
