★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去櫃台要再申請第二份診斷證明書，跟收據，接待的櫃台小姐，卻要要求出示申請人跟代申請人的雙證件，少一個代申請人的身份證件都不行，今天不是第一次申請，還那麼不知變通，跟本在製造民眾的困擾，有打官腔之嫌~醫療院所應是以服務民眾便利為宗旨才是~而不要製造諸多不便關卡給民眾~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本人是預約掛號看診，預約時被告之只要在9：30前到院就好，結果本人不到9：00到達醫院裡，因初診需填寫資料，填完後去掛號櫃台後有一位小姐說醫生已離開了，還說有打電話通知，確實有一通電話，當接起後對方掛斷電話，由於是不認識的號碼，想說有事應該還會打來，結果沒有，這種通知電話是很重要的，卻沒再打一次，騎了很遠的路，結果醫生卻走了，白跑一趟，真的很讓人生氣

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我媽媽開完脊椎的手術，出院時有交代不能久坐，坐只能頂多10分鐘就必須躺下，也要求回去回診，回診時也有預約了也掛號，結果讓我媽媽在等候區等3個小時，同時也等於坐了3個小時，你們沒有處理手術回診病患的機制嗎？讓一般門診跟手術回診的病患一起在等候區等後，也沒有準備床給她躺！這樣久坐影響手術結果影響復原，請問你們負責嗎？！太瞎了吧！
不要只會回覆什麼深感抱歉會轉告單位，這麼多人反應了，根本沒有改善過什麼，內部人員的態度及處理機制都還是一樣的差！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若不是至少一星才能評論，我連給都懶得給，護士態度傲慢無理，好像別人欠她的一樣，還會說病人都講不聽，講得像閒話家常一樣，就連清潔人員也出言不遜，對於初次到此醫院的客戶們，多多少少都會有不了解的地方，探病做電梯沒感應，也一副嫌棄的語氣，是怎樣？在醫院工作了不起嗎？清潔人員說白了就是收垃圾的，還敢有這種態度，病房環境更是糟糕，整間病房幾乎沒有空氣流通，大熱天的太陽從窗戶照進來，整間變得像烤箱一樣，就算遠離窗戶的位置也未必能涼快一點，這間醫院若要我簡單形容，那就是“廢”。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生意超好的骨科，吳院長是離開民生醫院後創立中正骨科，對患者非常親切，醫術更是卓越。但慕名而來的患者非常多，吳醫師的早診可以從早上看到傍晚才會結束，所以第一次掛號的人要有心裡準備。如網路掛到號後再電話詢問幾點到較恰當，櫃台人員都很親切的。讀了多篇的評論個人住院的感覺是，醫生超忙到我出院當天才來巡房，護理師的態度我認為只要大家都以禮相待必皆大歡喜。
The business of orthopedics is very good. President Wu founded Zhongzheng Orthopedics after leaving Minsheng Hospital. He is very kind to patients and his medical skills are excellent. But there are a lot of patients who come here because of Dr. Wu's morning consultation. It will not end until the evening. Therefore, those who register for the first time should be prepared. It is more appropriate to call and ask what time it is after the number is connected through the Internet, and the counter staff are very kind. After reading a lot of reviews, my personal feeling is that the doctor was so busy that he didn't come to the room until I was discharged from the hospital. I think the attitude of the nurse is that as long as everyone treats each other with courtesy, everyone will be happy.
