北部的蔥油餅大部分都炸過，不然就是皮桿得太厚太硬，咬起來就是沒這家脆又香的口感。（炸過的蔥油餅也好吃，但這家才是我心中正統的蔥油餅?）
另外前金區有很多道地美食，歡迎大家來尋寶喔～（有機會再介紹）

餅體偏薄，外香酥內有嚼勁，價格實在。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前一天經歷思餅方知無餅之苦的無餅緣之日後，重振精神在目的地附近找到了一間蔥油餅攤，而且是評價很高的小攤，期間看到有人正在服用蔥油餅，更大大提高期望~疑似有移動過設攤位置，也在不遠處的自強二路上，是機車可以直接停在攤前的方便位置，順道將一旁的路牌也拍下，以便後期饕客尋找。
備好麵糰現擀現做，不枉街邊小吃特色，出餐速度非常快，自備了玻璃保鮮盒外帶，老闆也很貼心地將放不下的部分再多下兩刀，放入空隙中。不負小攤外表，果真是油油酥酥薄薄脆脆的口感，胡椒鹽的香氣和鹹度十分夠味，一張60元薄利多銷。隔天再加蛋煎過也美味，一解蔥油餅相思，也符合對古早味蔥油餅的期待!
