Having said that I have been going to this coffee shop regularly for the last 2 years, often 6 or 7 times a week because their coffee is good. This however does NOT overcome the miserable and I mean MISERABLE service provided there and today was the last straw. The coffee isn't cheap...120NT for a large latte and I have in the past waited up to 40 minutes for a coffee. There is seldom, if ever, a smile or a please or a thank you. Today I spent 190NT for a coffee and a bagel and decided as I was leaving to order a small latte to go. As they had become busy I put my order in and knew I would need to wait. I had finished my coffee so asked for an ice water to drink while I waited for my "to go" order. I even offered up my latte cup to use as not to waste another paper cup. I was promptly told they don't have ice even though an ice delivery was being made at that time! When I pointed to the freshly filled basin of ice I was forcefully told that ice must be purchased! Are you kidding me?!? You are asking a very regular customer to buy ice for water while they wait for slow service? Needless to say no ice was purchased nor will any coffee or bagels ever be bought again from this store with PATHETIC customer service.
